Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Physical Security Technical Operations Lead for a contracted, remote position, who will manage the technical execution of physical security projects, ensuring quality from site survey through implementation and post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, overseeing design, implementation, and quality assurance
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during system installations and integrations
• Coordinate project scheduling and logistics with the Project Management Office and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for physical security projects
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
