Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership on physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design to implementation while working remotely during standard business hours with on-call escalation support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, overseeing site surveys, design documentation, and implementation coordination
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during system installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to manage project scheduling, technical dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for physical security projects, including design and implementation of enterprise security systems
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience with technical oversight and guidance for engineers and field technicians during complex implementations
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and security system design documentation
