Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership on physical security projects, overseeing design, implementation, and quality assurance while working remotely on a day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Partner with the Project Management Office to coordinate project scheduling, resource assignments, and equipment logistics

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for project-based physical security work
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security (or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience in leading site surveys and producing design documentation for security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security infrastructure
