Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership on physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design through implementation, while working remotely and offering on-call escalation support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, overseeing site surveys, design documentation, and implementation scheduling
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and manage conversion bridge activities
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure project milestones are met and coordinate with supply chain teams for accurate bill of materials

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for project-based physical security work
• Certifications such as PSP, CPP, or NICET in Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience in leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
