Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the full-time contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will oversee technical quality and coordination on physical security projects, providing guidance to engineers and field technicians while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality
• Provide real-time technical guidance during system installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Partner with the Project Management Office on project scheduling and manage workload across concurrent projects

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design and implementation
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video surveillance systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
