Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership and oversight on physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design through implementation, while working remotely and offering on-call support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during system installations and integrations
• Coordinate project scheduling and anticipate technical dependencies, communicating risks proactively to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design and implementation
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
