Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership and oversight for physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design through implementation, while working remotely and offering on-call support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, leading site surveys and developing design documentation
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and oversee conversion bridge activities
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office on project scheduling, technical dependencies, and managing workload across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for physical security project delivery
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Required certifications such as PSP, CPP, or NICET in Physical Security or equivalent
• Experience with project management fundamentals and coordinating with PMO functions
• Proficiency in reading and producing architectural drawings and security system design diagrams
