Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead, this remote position will manage technical quality and coordination on physical security projects, guiding engineers and field technicians from initial site surveys through implementation and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring quality delivery milestones are met
• Provide real-time technical guidance during system installations and oversee conversion bridge activities, offering escalation support when needed
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to manage project scheduling and anticipate technical dependencies affecting timelines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership for project-based physical security work
• Required certifications: PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video surveillance systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with conversion bridge processes and technical coordination for system transitions
