Physical Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership and oversight for physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from design through implementation, while working remotely and being available for on-call support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during system installations and integrations
• Partner with the Project Management Office to manage project scheduling and coordinate technical dependencies across multiple sites

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design, integration, and implementation
• Required certifications such as PSP, CPP, or NICET Physical Security
• Deep knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control and video management systems
• Experience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deployments
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to physical security IT integration
