A company is looking for a Security Program Director to lead enterprise-wide physical security operations for federal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct multi-site physical security operations and manage a workforce of 100+ security professionals
• Lead capture efforts for physical security opportunities and develop winning strategies for new business
• Ensure compliance with federal security requirements and oversee security training and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive physical security management experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government agencies
• Minimum 3-5 years leading or supporting federal capture efforts
• Proficiency with enterprise security platforms and experience establishing accredited security training programs
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience considered
