Job Summary

Providing operational and administrative support for physical security initiatives, the contract Physical Security Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate security projects, including system upgrades and new installations
  • Manage project schedules, action logs, and documentation repositories
  • Serve as a communication point between physical security, facilities, IT, vendors, and stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or program administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Hands-on experience with physical security systems, including video management and access control systems
  • Familiarity with foundational physical security concepts and basic networking concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
