Job Summary

To support enterprise physical security initiatives, the part-time Physical Security Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and serve as a liaison among Physical Security, Facilities, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in a remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate physical security projects, manage schedules, and track project risks and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, translating security requirements into actionable tasks and drafting project updates
  • Maintain system documentation and support vendor schedules and installation activities for security technology platforms
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of project coordination experience, including managing schedules and documentation
  • Experience with physical security technologies such as video management systems and access control systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and device connectivity
  • Knowledge of physical security concepts, including camera placement and system testing
