Job Summary
To support enterprise physical security initiatives, the part-time Physical Security Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and serve as a liaison among Physical Security, Facilities, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in a remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate physical security projects, manage schedules, and track project risks and deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between teams, translating security requirements into actionable tasks and drafting project updates
- Maintain system documentation and support vendor schedules and installation activities for security technology platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of project coordination experience, including managing schedules and documentation
- Experience with physical security technologies such as video management systems and access control systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and device connectivity
- Knowledge of physical security concepts, including camera placement and system testing
