Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time hourly Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide physical therapy services, monitor patient progress, and enhance patient experiences through digital care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer treatment protocols under the supervision of a physical therapist to assist patients in their care journey
• Monitor and report changes in patients' responses to their treatment plans directly to the supervising physical therapist
• Document patient care services and maintain compliance with legal and accreditation standards

Required qualifications

• Associates degree for physical therapy assistant
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in the home state
• At least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Demonstrated competence in telehealth and digital care delivery
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working across custom software
