Physical Therapist - Compact License

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Physical Therapist - Compact License will provide virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring while working three days onsite and two days remotely, developing personalized care plans and measuring patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Conduct telehealth visits, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development using a digital platform
• Serve as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Physical Therapy state license (or in process) from a compact state
• Experience in digital/telehealth services preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care to patients
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
