Physical Therapist - Compact State Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Physical Therapist - Compact State Licensed will provide virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring while working three days onsite and two days remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and support operations to enhance digital service delivery and patient care

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one
• Experience in digital/telehealth services preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care to patients
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
