Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist Onboarding Associate II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for therapists during the onboarding process after credentialing and payer enrollment
• Lead onboarding communications and manage the onboarding experience, ensuring therapists understand activation steps and timelines
• Conduct onboarding calls focused on app functionality and clinical best practices while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant; clinical data background is a bonus
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Demonstrated ability to teach or guide clinicians through complex workflows or software systems
• Proficiency with technology platforms and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Requires a two-year college degree or equivalent specialized training or certification
