Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist Sales Associate (non-clinical role).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diverse sourcing approaches to achieve recruitment objectives
• Establish and maintain authentic connections with candidates
• Sign physical therapists to join the platform in line with quarterly goals

Required Qualifications

• Background as a PTA or Physical Therapist is required
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or related experience is required
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings related to recruiting or sales development is required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines according to business needs
• Experience working with an ATS or CRM system is preferred
