Job Summary

Partnering with operational and clinic leaders, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner for Physical Therapy will drive full-cycle recruiting for Physical and Occupational Therapists, utilizing a structured hiring approach and advanced TA technology in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a structured, performance-based hiring approach to elevate hiring conversations and define success outcomes
• Drive full-cycle recruiting for Physical and Occupational Therapy positions, from initial alignment through offer acceptance
• Proactively source and engage talent while maintaining strong pipelines to support consistent hiring throughout the year

Required qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a healthcare organization
• Experience recruiting Physical Therapists and proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill, licensed clinical roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings across different locations and markets
• Proficiency with ATS and a metrics-driven approach to recruitment
