Job Summary

Physician Advisor Licensed in PA is a full-time position responsible for leading the Physician Advisor team, performing case reviews, and optimizing hospital services while ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct case reviews and provide consultation on clinical issues to medical staff
• Mentor and educate other physicians and staff on utilization management and compliance
• Manage client relationships and contribute to the execution of quality programs

Required Qualifications

• Specialty Board Certified and licensed to practice medicine in the US
• 3+ years of experience as a Physician Advisor or in a similar role
• Familiarity with MCG/InterQual criteria preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic technical skills with hospital EMRs
• Strong foundation in utilization management, quality improvement, and patient safety
