Physician Advisor, MD Required

Job Summary

Serving as a senior clinical leader, the full-time Physician Advisor, MD Required will advise healthcare organizations on clinical performance and technology-enabled transformation, managing multiple consulting engagements remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Digital & Technology Transformation line of business, overseeing team activities and analysis
• Advise clients on technology-enabled clinical transformation, including EHR optimization, workflow redesign, and organizational change management
• Guide organizational readiness and clinician engagement to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of new workflows and technologies

Required qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required with at least 10 years of experience in healthcare, including 2+ years in leadership roles
• Advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., MBA, MHI, MHA, MPH) with a focus on informatics
• Experience in managing informatics teams and EHR initiatives, including selection, planning, and optimization
• Prior management consulting experience is preferred
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate clients to action
