Job Summary

Supporting the profitability and success of the Regional Operations Center, the full-time remote Physician Advisory Services Assistant Manager will assist with financial and operational objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance team performance while fostering a client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in driving revenue growth through excellent customer service and timely report delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives and Quality Assurance Specialists to meet departmental targets
  • Coordinate with support departments to assess staffing and resource needs for operational goals
Required qualifications
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Required business experience in a Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting
  • Preferred LPN Licensure
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
