Job Summary
Supporting the profitability and success of the Regional Operations Center, the full-time remote Physician Advisory Services Assistant Manager will assist with financial and operational objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance team performance while fostering a client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in driving revenue growth through excellent customer service and timely report delivery
- Monitor performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives and Quality Assurance Specialists to meet departmental targets
- Coordinate with support departments to assess staffing and resource needs for operational goals
Required qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Required business experience in a Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting
- Preferred LPN Licensure
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
