Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Cardio AR Follow Up specialist for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of physician cardio claim denials and identify impacted procedures
• Communicate with payers to resolve payment variances and ensure timely reimbursement
• Track and trend claim denials to identify process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, specializing in physician cardiology
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in denial management
• Documented technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Payer Portals
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
• Experience with claims clearinghouses
