Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Coder.

Key Responsibilities:

Review medical record documentation and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coding clarification
Maintain coding certification and stay updated on coding guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Certification required: CPC, CCS, CPC-A, or CCA
Experience with Microsoft Office and prior billing experience is a plus
New grads with certification are welcome
Reliable internet and reside in East Coast/CST time zones
Equipment provided: laptop and monitor
