Physician Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Physician Compensation Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and administration of physician compensation management platform
• Develop and maintain compensation models and perform financial modeling for recruitment and service line growth
• Extract, validate, and analyze provider productivity and financial data while building compensation reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, physician compensation, or healthcare finance
• Experience with compensation models and metrics, as well as EHR or practice management systems
• Knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute considerations preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
