Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Physician Compensation Analyst will manage the coordination, documentation, and analysis of provider productivity, compensation, and benefits, while performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support program management within the compensation department.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and analyze provider productivity, compensation, and benefits, ensuring accurate reporting and implementation of changes
- Gather and validate data for payroll processing and benefit tracking, preparing statistical reports for financial analysis
- Maintain financial records and documentation, while troubleshooting and modifying compensation plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts applicable to business transactions and compensation planning
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in communication skills, both written and oral, tailored to diverse audiences
