Physician Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the PeaceHealth Medical Group, the part-time hourly Physician Compensation Analyst will provide compensation analysis, scenario modeling, and guidance while managing physician and clinician contracts and addressing compensation-related inquiries remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and ensure compliance of physician and clinician employment contracts and revisions
• Analyze compensation policies and develop processes to enhance decision-making for internal customers
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to resolve compensation inquiries and disputes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or human resources compensation, specifically with clinician compensation plans
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Statistics
• Working knowledge of CMS Relative Value Units (RVUs) and CPT codes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in Word and PowerPoint
