Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Insurance Analyst 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training to new staff and manage insurance updates while performing duties of lower-level analysts
• Ensure timely and accurate claims processing for various payer types, meeting productivity and quality standards
• Identify trends in data and escalate issues, while maintaining documentation and participating in team meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, collections, or administrative support in physician billing
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and APC reimbursements
• Ability to effectively navigate payer portals and train others
• Experience with claims processing and appeals across various payer types
