Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in provider engagement, value-based care program operations, or healthcare consulting
• Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data and working with analytics platforms
• Ability to independently manage a territory and drive results with minimal supervision
• Consultative mindset with a genuine desire to help providers succeed
