Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician & APP Onboarding Consultant (Remote/NC GA Division).

Key Responsibilities

Provides consultative services and support for human resource issues impacting leaders and teammates
Leads project teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and change initiatives
Acts as a subject matter expert to drive HR services that enhance teammate satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree required
3 years of related experience required
HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS preferred
