Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle physician recruitment efforts
Utilize operational analysis to support staffing needs
Develop and implement recruitment strategy/marketing plan

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in physician recruitment
BS/BA preferred
Healthcare experience preferred, Radiology experience a plus
Strong knowledge of the Radiology field
Understanding of contract language, negotiation strategies, and physician employment trends
