Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel, including negotiating agreement terms and onboarding new physicians
• Assist with sourcing and fulfilling open service requests for urgent network recruitment
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the network meets business needs across various physician specialties

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, and medical terminology
• Computer literacy and typing skills are required
