Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel, negotiate fees, and onboard new physicians according to client needs
• Perform administrative tasks related to panel maintenance and expansion, including documentation collection
• Assist physician reviewers with inquiries and ensure network coverage aligns with client requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Equivalent transferable skills will be considered
• Prior experience in a healthcare and/or insurance business environment is preferred
• Working knowledge of physician networks and recruitment
