Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter responsible for recruiting and maintaining schedules of active physicians working locum tenens.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to physician inquiries regarding locum tenens opportunities
• Acts as a single point of contact for physicians, coordinating all aspects of provider sales and service
• Successfully recruits physicians to contract with the company on a locum tenens basis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in direct sales of products or services
• College level education preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Ability to manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system
• Understanding and interpretation of financial data and profit margins
