Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Talent Advisor who will serve as a recruitment strategic partner for hiring leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
• Create and implement short and long-term hiring plans while evaluating current staffing levels
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experience
• Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
• Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
• Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
• Proven record of success in Physician and APP recruitment
