Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician Talent Advisor who will serve as a recruitment strategic partner for hiring leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
- Create and implement short and long-term hiring plans while evaluating current staffing levels
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experience
- Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
- Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
- Proven record of success in Physician and APP recruitment
