Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for doctors, managing outreach to credentialing hand-offs
Become an expert on the AI-native platform to effectively pitch to prospective clinical hires
Collaborate with clinical leadership to define provider personas and quality standards

Required Qualifications

4+ years of clinical recruiting experience focused on hiring doctors (MDs/DOs)
Experience in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment
Proficiency with modern productivity tools and complex AI product demos
Experience managing complex scheduling and administrative tasks in clinical hiring
Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS for tracking pipeline health
