Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for doctors, managing outreach to credentialing hand-offs
• Become an expert on the AI-native platform to effectively pitch to prospective clinical hires
• Work closely with clinical leadership to define provider personas and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical recruiting experience focused on hiring doctors (MDs/DOs)
• Proven track record in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment
• Highly proficient with modern productivity tools and capable of mastering complex AI product demos
• Experience managing complex scheduling and administrative nuances in clinical hiring
• Experience using modern ATS like Ashby to track pipeline health and provide reporting
