A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter (Contract) to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify physicians across multiple specialties using advanced sourcing techniques
• Review resumes, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and conduct initial interviews
• Facilitate the offer process and analyze candidate pipeline history for recruitment effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in Physician Recruitment
• 5+ years of experience building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• 5+ years of experience using sourcing tools to identify diverse candidates
• Understanding of multi-state licensing and employment classifications
