Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, interview, and contract with Physician and APP candidates for client hospitals
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting plans for specific vacancies and coordinate interviews
• Maintain the integrity of the physician database and prepare recruiting reports for regular meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University
• 2 years of experience recruiting physicians and specialty nurses or 5 years of general recruiting experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Software
