Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient radiology practice, the full-time remote Physician Recruiter will coordinate recruitment efforts, manage relationships with hiring managers, and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment efforts for various positions, including writing advertisements and screening candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide recruitment expertise
• Manage the applicant-tracking database and facilitate the hiring and orientation process for new hires

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Competency in recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage relationships with hiring leaders and provide customer service
• Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
