Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

Working from home full-time, the Physician Recruiter will manage the full cycle of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and placement activities, building partnerships with hospital teams and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services partners
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment plans for physician and provider placements
• Coordinate candidate site visits and act as a liaison throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience in recruitment or healthcare
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and systems
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and prepare statistical reports
