Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts, the part-time Physician Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes remotely for approximately 10-12 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the sourcing and screening of physician candidates to meet organizational needs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong understanding of physician roles and the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
