Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing full cycle recruitment for the Anesthesia service line, the full-time Physician Recruiter will lead the identification, screening, and placement of physicians and advanced practice providers while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with facility CEOs and community practices to support recruitment efforts
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment plans to ensure compliance with established standards
• Coordinate candidate site visits and serve as a liaison throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related experience in physician recruitment
• Experience in the Anesthesia specialty is highly preferred
• Ability to negotiate financial contracts and prepare proformas
• Familiarity with recruitment databases and systems, such as Salesforce/Optimum
