Job Summary

Guiding the organization in creating market-attractive practice opportunities, the full-time remote Physician Recruiter will develop annual recruitment plans, implement sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment activities for physicians and mid-level providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual physician recruitment plans aligned with community needs and strategic priorities
• Create and implement tactical sourcing strategies utilizing various resources, including social media and academic relationships
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and streamline the onboarding process in collaboration with internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Three years of recruitment experience in healthcare, with two years focused on recruiting physicians and mid-level providers
• Comprehensive knowledge of interviewing techniques and recruitment strategies
• Membership in the National Association of Physician Recruiters preferred
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively
