Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician Talent Advisor who will serve as a recruitment strategic partner for acquiring physician and APP talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
- Implement short and long-term hiring plans while evaluating current staffing levels
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and leverage data for performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experience
- Experience communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
- Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
- Proven record of successful physician and APP recruitment
