Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruitment Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging Radiologists to build a national talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive Radiologist candidates to convert them into active applicants
• Build and maintain a national talent pipeline for onsite and remote clinical positions
• Utilize AI tools to support the recruitment process while ensuring human judgment in final hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of the Radiology field and its specific recruitment challenges
