Job Summary

To support the recruitment of healthcare professionals, the full-time Physician Recruitment Sourcer will leverage sourcing systems and strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, while working remotely to develop a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internet research and outreach to identify and engage potential physician candidates
• Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Collaborate with division teams to understand specific recruitment needs and provide candidate introductions to decision makers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or related field
• Three years of related experience or training in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms
• Experience in developing effective recruitment marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct thorough pre-screening interviews and maintain accurate candidate records
