Physician Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Sourcing & Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified physicians to meet clinical workforce needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and healthcare organizations
• Oversee the physician onboarding process, including coordination of credentialing activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a healthcare setting performing clinical or administrative work
• At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
