Physician Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in recruiting qualified physicians, the full-time Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows, manage outbound calls regarding practice opportunities, and connect with candidates via social media, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews to gather personal contact information and future practice preferences from physicians
• Place outbound calls to inform physicians about practice opportunities and resources available through PracticeMatch
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and interviews, producing 80-100 calls each day

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking
• Outbound call experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented approach to engaging gatekeepers
• Superior listening skills and professional phone communication abilities
