Physician Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support physician recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows to gather essential recruitment information for healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain personal contact information and future practice desires
• Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities and connect with residents/fellows on social media
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for phone call attempts and interviews, producing 80-100 calls each day

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn and conducting outbound calls
• Self-motivated with a sales-oriented approach towards gatekeepers
• Superior listening skills and professional phone communication
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
