Physician Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians, the full-time remote Physician Relations Specialist will gather recruitment information, place outbound calls regarding practice opportunities, and connect with candidates on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Complete phone interviews to obtain personal contact information and practice desires from physicians
• Make outbound calls to physicians about future practice opportunities and inform them about career resources
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and interviews, producing 80-100 calls each day

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn and a sales approach towards gate-keepers
• Outbound call experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with strong listening skills and professional phone communication
• Ability to manage time effectively and perform data entry accurately
